If you are new than I would recommend to install VMWare Player and get started with downloading a appliance from VMWare’s Virtual Appliance Marketplace. Good choice to start with is the Browser Appliance that allows you to browse the Internet securely using Mozilla Firefox, running under Ubuntu Linux 5.10, optimized for browsing; for more details click here.
