Error: An error occurred: "Microsoft.Rtc.Management.Common.Certificates.CertificateException" "Denied by Policy Module 0x80072746, Active Directory Certificate Services could not find required Active Directory information."

Restart Active Directory Certificate Services

To resolve the problem, locate the Active Directory certificate authority:

  1. Connect to the server through Remote Desktop or the remote Services console.
  2. Locate Active Directory Certificate Services and restart the service.
  3. Repeat the certificate request steps for the Lync Server 2013 deployment.
